If there are no additional steps (except forwarding port 4190 from Azathoth to Nyarlathotep) required for enabling ManageSieve, this should enable the ManagaSieve protocol.

As commented in the Stalwart config file, StartTLS is required when using ManageSieve with KDE PIM Sieve Editor (which is one of the few larger ManangeSieve client implementations).
